We at Sandra Support want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our products.

Self-Paced Program Refund Eligibility Requirements:
  • 30-Day Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Course Completion Requirement: To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed watching all videos in the program in their entirety. Our system tracks video completion, and this requirement must be met before a refund request will be considered.
  • One-Time Policy: Refunds are limited to one per customer per product. Multiple purchases of the same product are not eligible for multiple refunds.
Refund Process
  • Submission: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Support@SandraSupport.com and include your order number and the email address used for purchase.
  • Verification: Upon receiving your request, we will verify that all videos have been watched in their entirety within the 30-day period following your purchase.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Non-Eligible Circumstances
  • Incomplete Course Viewing: Requests from customers who have not watched all videos in the program will be automatically denied.
  • Outside Refund Window: Requests submitted after the 30-day period following purchase will not be considered.
  • Previously Refunded Customers: If you have previously received a refund for any of our products, you are not eligible for additional refunds on subsequent purchases.
  • ​Bonus Materials: Any bonus materials or additional resources provided with your purchase are not eligible for separate refunds.
Dispute Resolution

By purchasing our product(s), you agree to abide by this refund policy. Attempting to dispute charges through your payment processor without adhering to the refund policy outlined above constitutes a violation of these Terms of Service and may result in:
  • Permanent account termination
  • Restriction from future purchases
  • Additional administrative fees
We reserve the right to defend against fraudulent chargeback attempts and to provide evidence of your agreement to these terms, along with video completion data, to the relevant payment processors or financial institutions.

Payment Plan Obligations:

If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund for the self-paced program by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis.

Coaching-Inclusive Program Refund Policy:

*Please note that all coaching-inclusive programs, including group coaching, personal coaching, texting, and similar services, are not eligible for refunds. We do not issue refunds for any purchases where coaching is involved.*

Discretionary Refunds:

All refunds are discretionary. If you just downloaded the training material (PDFs, audios, videos, etc.) and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request.

If it is clear that you did not implement the strategies taught in the self-paced program, your refund for the self-paced program can be denied. However, we will still help and support you to get results.

The purpose of this policy is to provide an opportunity for individuals to try the system and receive a refund for the self-paced program if they are not satisfied. It was not designed to enable people to misuse or take advantage of our training materials.
